Ingredients
1 packet Corn chips- any brand (ie Doritos, CC’s, tortilla chips)
1 can of bean dip or Salsa
0.5 cup grated Cheese-per person
Directions
- Place corn chips on the plate and cover with bean dip or salsa.
- Cover with grated cheese and microwave for 30-40 seconds. Yu-u-um!!

- Poor Man’s Nachos is not suitable to freeze.
- Can be served with sour cream or guacamole, depends if you’ve got it in the fridge.
