Cheesy, crunchy, and affordably indulgent, poor man’s nachos turn humble pantry items into a snack-night star. Budget-friendly and ready fast— everyone will love the flavour without the price tag.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Corn chips- any brand (ie Doritos, CC’s, tortilla chips)

  • 1 can of bean dip or Salsa

  • 0.5 cup grated Cheese-per person

Directions

  • Place corn chips on the plate and cover with bean dip or salsa.
  • Cover with grated cheese and microwave for 30-40 seconds. Yu-u-um!!

  • Poor Man’s Nachos is not suitable to freeze.
  • Can be served with sour cream or guacamole, depends if you’ve got it in the fridge.
