Ingredients

  • 2 Potatoes-peeled and sliced

  • 1 Sweet potato-peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup Cream

  • 1 cup Chicken stock

  • 1 cup Cheese-grated

Directions

  • Arrange potato and sweet potato on layers in a large baking dish.
  • In a jug, whisk together cream and chicken stock and pour over the potato and sweet potato.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

    I don’t know if I did this recipe wrong, but I made it last night for when we had some friends come over for a BBQ.. it tasted good but was super watery, are you meant to just dissolve the chicken stock in a little water and then mix it with the cream?
