Ingredients

  • 60 gram chopped Nuts-(you can use walnuts macadamias, cashews or a combination)

  • 135 gram Rolled oats

  • 2 number Egg whites

  • 4 tbsp Honey

  • 90 gram Quinoa-uncooked

  • 30 gram ranberries-dried

  • 0.25 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine the nuts, rolled oats, quinoa, cranberries and salt in a large bowl.
  • Beat the honey and egg whites together. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix together until you have a cookie mix.
  • Firmly press the dough together into balls and press down onto the lined baking tray.
  • Bake the balls for 20 minutes until lightly golden.
