Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Strawberries (diced)

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

  • 1/2 cups Baby Spinach leaves

  • 1 tbsp Brewers yeast

  • 1 cup Milk

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender together with a cup of ice.
  • Blend until well combined.
  • Pour into one large or two medium glasses, and serve.
