Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Skim milk

  • 1/2 number Banana

  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder

  • 1 tbsp avocado

  • 2 tbsp Rolled oats

Directions

  • Place all the ingredients into a blender with a handful of ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Makes two large glasses.
