Slowcooker Beef Roast

I love this time of year, when I can put the slow cooker on, and cook meats low and slow all day.

When the weather cools down and thoughts of hearty meals slow cooked all day comes to mind, nothing beats the original and the best, traditional road beef.

It is easy to make. Just chuck the beef in the cooker and you can pretty much leave it for the whole day (7-8 hours).

It’s GREAT!

The meat is so tender it just falls apart.

Hi there! Great recipe – just wanting to check if this is on low for the entire time? Thanks

Yes on low the whole time. Only use the High setting on a slowcooker when your cooking for half the time!
