Ingredients

  • 1 brown Onion-chopped

  • 1 tbsp Garlic-minced

  • 3 cup barbecue sauce

  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar

  • 1.5 kilogram Roasting Beef

Directions

  • Place beef into slowcooker.
  • Mix onion, garlic,bbq sauce, Dijon mustard, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce pour over beef.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 – 7 hours.
  • Pull beef apart.
  • Serve hot on a hamburger bun.

Notes

  • Slow Cooker Sloppy Joe’s is suitable to freeze for up to three months. Cool to room temperature and seal in a ziplock bag.
  • This slow cooker sloppy joe recipe is terrific for catering – it will easily fill up to 20 hamburger buns.
