I like food. However, food doesn’t much like me.

I’ve been trying the 5:2 Diet of late – which means two days per week you have to eat under 500 calories. And I’ll tell you – 500 calories isn’t all that much!

However, I’ve found a few recipes that will fill your belly and are pretty good for you – all but one are under 500 calories (and that one is just a teeny weeny bit over). Don’t you just love how sinful-looking for the following dishes are – but they actually aren’t so bad for you!
