Ingredients

  • 500 gram White Chocolate

  • 2/3 cups Coconut flakes, toasted

  • 2/3 cups Dried cranberries

  • 2/3 cups Pistachio kernels chopped

  • 250 gram Pink Turkish delight, chopped

Directions

  • Line the baking tray with baking paper
  • Melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth, add all the other ingredients in and mix well until combined
  • Pour into lined tray and sprinkle with a little extra toasted coconut
  • Set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and cut into squares
