How To Make White Chocolate Rocky Road
Sweet, no-bake treat with white chocolate, marshmallows, and crunchy biscuits, perfect for indulgent snacking or dessert.

Ingredients
500 gram White Chocolate
2/3 cups Coconut flakes, toasted
2/3 cups Dried cranberries
2/3 cups Pistachio kernels chopped
250 gram Pink Turkish delight, chopped
Directions
- Line the baking tray with baking paper
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler until smooth, add all the other ingredients in and mix well until combined
- Pour into lined tray and sprinkle with a little extra toasted coconut
- Set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours and cut into squares
