Ingredients
1.5 cups Chickpeas-cooked and rinsed
0.5 cup Peanut butter-OR almond butter (you can use regular butter if you don
0.25 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking powder
90 gram chocolate chips-(dark chocolate are higher in antioxidants)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius and line a baking tray with baking paper. Place chickpeas into a blender or food processor with the peanut butter, milk, vanilla extract and baking powder. Blend until smooth. Gently stir in the chocolate chips. Drop tablespoons of mixture onto baking trays. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
