Ingredients
1 cup Chicken or beef stock
5 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Garlic-minced
10 cups Mushrooms-thinly sliced
2 tsp Cornflour-dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
2 tsp Nuttlex
Directions
- Heat large frypan over high heat, add Nuttelex, garlic and mushrooms. Stir until starting to brown, add worcestershire sauce one tablespoon at a time. Allowing each teaspoon to cook and evaporate into mushrooms each time.
- Add stock and bring to the boil, pour in cornflour and stir very well until sauce starts to thicken. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve over steak or chicken.
Notes
- Dairy Free Steak Dianne Sauce is suitable for freezing for up to 6 months. Otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
