Thick broccoli slices roasted until golden and tender, drizzled with olive oil and seasoning. A simple, flavorful side dish that turns everyday broccoli into something special.

Ingredients

  • 2 Broccoli

  • 1/3 cups Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp Oregano

  • 1 tsp Pepper

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Slice each of the broccoli into 3 pieces.
  • Mix the parmesan, oregano, pepper and oil together in a bowl.
  • Coast the broccoli in the Parmesan mixture (ensure to press all of the cheese into the broccoli)
  • Place the mixture on an oven tray and bake for 20 minutes until slightly crispy.
