Paleo Banana Waffles

Ingredients
3 Eggs (large)
2 Bananas (large over-ripe)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate soda
4 tbsp Coconut flour
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, and pulse until well combined.
- Heat the waffle iron. Spray with a little canola oil or use some coconut oil to grease it well.
- Pour half the mixture into the waffle iron and cook until the light goes off (or the waffle is browned and cooked through)
- Serve with syrup or chocolate sauce.
