One of our many Ball recipes, no cooking, easy to make these Bountiful Bounty Balls are sure to be a hit! Bounties are my favourite chocolate so needless to say these made me weak at the knees!
Bountiful Bounty Balls

No-bake energy balls made with chocolate, coconut, and nuts — sweet, chewy, and perfect for a quick snack.

Ingredients
3 Bounty Bars
160 gram Cream-dollop
125 gram Cream Cheese-softened
0.5 cup Coconut (Shredded)
Directions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, add cream and beat again until mix together. Stir in chopped Bounty Bars.
- Place in fridge for 20 minutes to chill until mixture starts to get firm.
- Once firm, wet hands and scoop 1 heaped teaspoon of mix and roll into ball, roll in coconut and set aside on plate.
- Continue until all mix is rolled into balls.
- Serve immediately or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Notes
- Bounty Balls are suitable for freezing for up to 2 months, otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 4 days in an air tight container.
