Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic bread-(we used a turkish bread style)

  • 120 gram Ham-diced

  • 1 punnet Cherry tomatoes

  • 1 cup Spinach leaves

  • 0.5 cup Milk

  • 0.5 cup Cream

  • 10 Eggs

  • 0.75 cup Cheese (grated)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
  • Whisk eggs, cream and milk together and set aside.
  • Cut garlic bread up into strips and lay in rows in a medium size baking dish.
  • Sprinkle ham, tomatoes and spinach on top garlic bread.
  • Pour egg mix over bread and top with grated cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes, then remove foil cook for a further 10-15 minutes until cheese is golden brown.

  • Bazinga Breakfast is suitable for freezing up to 2 months or keep refrigerated for 3 days in an airtight container.
