Ingredients
1 cup Warm mashed potato
0.5 cup White Sugar
1 cup Sultanas -or other dried fruit
1 cup milk
2 cups Self Raising Flour
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add a little more milk if the mixture is too dry.
- Press into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.
Notes
- Not suitable for freezing
- Delicious served warm with lashings of butter!
