Ingredients

  • 1 cup Warm mashed potato

  • 0.5 cup White Sugar

  • 1 cup Sultanas -or other dried fruit

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 cups Self Raising Flour

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add a little more milk if the mixture is too dry.
  • Press into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm.

Notes

  • Not suitable for freezing
  • Delicious served warm with lashings of butter!
