Ingredients
2.75 cups Icing sugar
6 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
6 tbsp (120g) Butter-at room temperature
5 tbsp Evaporated milk
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Directions
- Sift together the icing sugar and cocoa in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Cream butter in a large bowl until smooth, then gradually beat in sugar mixture alternately with evaporated milk. Blend in vanilla.
- Beat until light and fluffy. Adjust consistency with more milk or sugar if necessary.
