Delicious mint and chocolate grasshopper pie dessert. Perfect for family gatherings and special occa.

Grasshopper Pie comes with a warning! It is very sweet, and soft, and creamy! Oohhh soooo yummy!

Grasshopper Pie is a perfect dessert for those people who are drooling over the taste of mint. This is so delicious and no one won’t be getting enough of this!

This is super easy to make and will surely capture your heart! This is best paired with your hot chocolate during the cold mornings. Truly great if you want to feel good!

You can also top this off with bits of chocolate to make this more flavourful. This is a dessert you shouldn’t miss!

Ingredients

  • 1 Chocolate biscuits-1 packet

  • 24 Large marshmallows

  • 1/4 cups Milk

  • 1 gram Dark chocolate-for decorating

  • 3 tbsp Creme de menthe

  • 1 cup Whipping cream

  • 1/4 cups Butter-melted

Directions

  • Crush the chocolate biscuits and then mix in the melted butter. Press into a pie plate to make the crust. Put in fridge until next step is completed
  • Melt the marshmallows and milk together. Always keep an eye on the saucepan, milk makes a mess if it boils over. Allow to cool.
  • Meanwhile, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold together cooled marshmallow mixture, whipped cream, and the Crème de Menthe. Pour into the crust.
  • Place in fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Decorate the Grasshopper Pie with curls of dark chocolate.
  • Not suitable for freezing!
