These Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies are extremely easy to make and taste delicious! It’s a perfect treat for when you’re having cravings – it will only take you less than 30 minutes to make some. If you want variety, you can different types of chocolate like white chocolate chips.

Enjoy them when they’re a little warm for a chewy, chocolatey bite!

Ingredients

  • 0.33 cup Castor sugar

  • 1.5 cups Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour

  • 180 gram Butter-softened

  • 125 gram Condensed milk

  • 1 tsp Guar Gum

  • 1 Chocolate Chips-250 grams

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  • Beat the butter and sugar together until light and creamy.
  • Beat in condensed milk.
  • Add the flour and guar gum and mix on low speed until smooth.
  • Stir in choc bits until well combined.
  • Roll about 2 teaspoons of the mixture into balls and place on baking paper lined trays and press lightly with a fork.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Notes

  • Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies are best eaten fresh.
  • Will store in an airtight container for up to a week.
