Ingredients
0.33 cup Castor sugar
1.5 cups Gluten Free Self-Raising Flour
180 gram Butter-softened
125 gram Condensed milk
1 tsp Guar Gum
1 Chocolate Chips-250 grams
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
- Beat the butter and sugar together until light and creamy.
- Beat in condensed milk.
- Add the flour and guar gum and mix on low speed until smooth.
- Stir in choc bits until well combined.
- Roll about 2 teaspoons of the mixture into balls and place on baking paper lined trays and press lightly with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Notes
- Gluten Free Choc Chip Cookies are best eaten fresh.
- Will store in an airtight container for up to a week.
