Ingredients
2 cups Rolled Oats
1.5 cups Wholemeal flour
0.5 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Mixed Dried Fruit
0.66 cup Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Water-boiling
1 tsp Bicarb Soda
60 gram Margarine
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Grease a lamington tin.
- Mix oats, flour, fruit and sugar into a bowl.
- Place maple syrup and margarine in microwave proof jug and cook on high for 2 minutes stirring once.
- Carefully mix in water and bicarbonate soda and pour into the dry ingredients, mixing well.
- Press into tin and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Let it cool and cut into rectangles

- Fruit Slice is suitable to freeze for up to three months.
