Rajo Devi Lohan broke the world record in 2008 when she gave birth to a daughter named Naveen at age 69.

Rajo nearly died in complications following the pregnancy and birth (including suffering from a ruptured womb and internal bleeding), which would not have been possible without post-menopausal IVF treatment and donated eggs. Although Rajo was the centre of much criticism due to her decision, she remained adamant that the birth of her daughter made her will to live stronger, and she intends to live long enough to see her little girl get married.
