Hot Pepper Oil
There aren’t too many people out there who would put hot pepper on their faces voluntarily, especially if they had to pay for the privilege. Or so you might think. In fact, many of the newer lip plumping cosmetics contain exactly that. Listed as oleoresin capsicum, this additive inflamed the lips and makes them look even more kissable than they already did. Talk about sizzling hot!
