While other people can have a negative impact on our confidence, the ones who have the most impact on it are us. Behaviours like putting yourself down and taking judgement heavily add to our insecurities and reduce confidence. One of the best ways to take control of your confidence is to accept yourself, be comfortable with who you are, and remember that you’re strong and capable. Do that, and confidence follows.
How do you encourage yourself to be more confident?
