Take time to watch the cars drive past, to watch the construction workers at their jobs, and to watch the birds flying through the sky.

Take time to let your child mix the cake batter, take time to make sandcastles in the dirt, take time to enjoy it all. Sometimes, just allow yourself to do something at your child’s pace, even if it seems impossibly slow. They’ll be overtaking you soon enough.
