List of Queensland Water Parks

Queensland is the Sunshine State, and it’s hot as hell here in the Summer months.  Our family always visits at least one of the many Queensland Water Parks during the Christmas School Holidays – it is a tremendously fun (and exhausting) day out for the whole family – no matter how old your kids are.  Best of all – the grown-ups have a terrific day too!

Make sure you pack your own lunches and drinks (because the food and drinks at all water parks are INSANELY expensive) – pack your towel and sunscreen and have a ripper of a day.

Here is a list of the major water parks here in Queensland!

1. Wet n Wild

  • Type: Water Theme Park
  • Location: The Gold Coast

Located on the Gold Coast – Wet N Wild is probably THE best water park in the whole of Australia.  It caters to all ages, with a ‘Wet n Wild Junior’ section with splash parks and age-appropriate water rides.

Tickets start from $79
