Would a sex worker earn 2K per night working legally or would it be illegally?

Answered 9 years ago

This girl i know kept going on about her clients and giggling and laughing about it at a kids bday party i was at, she clearly wanted me to ask what she does so i did, and yeah she said she is a sex worker and earns 2k per night in hotel rooms… her gstring was up over her hips (yeah at a 5yr old kids party). First time ive met her… so i do believe her- just wondering if money is that good? Always assumed services would be around 100-200 mark and youd only umm do a couple a night- not one after another etc…

She probably would. My old neighbour used to earn 8k a week cash working only 3 nights.. she was a stripper! No sex was involved but she had regular customers that would travel from Sydney to the Gold Coast just to see her! A lot of the men just wanted to talk to her!!!!! She paid off her law degree and bought a new house in 2 years…

It’s actually not a lie. I’m from the USA but lived in Melbz in a hostel for some time. My French roomie earned less than $100 her first night, came back and cried of humiliation. The 2nd night, $7,000 and has been a stripper since. In 3 months, she funded her boyfriends trip to visit her, then they both traveled around the world on her dime. That was early 2019. #justsaying

Are you in australia? Prostitution is legal.
If she worked in a brothel without development application approval she would make very very little.
As a prostitute i earnt between $800 to $2500 a night. A new girl who is funny, outgoing, friendly, pretty but not too pretty, fair skinned and approachable could easily make $2000. $800 at a brothel. Higher on your own.
As an escort staying in luxury hotels my hotel bill would be $320 to $450 a night but often a sugar daddy would pay for it.
Each booking is a minimum $300 with a 15 minute turn over between clients to clean up.
Each day you’d see 8 to 12 men per 16 hour shift. 40% have sex, 15% get a blow job, 10% would be bondage, 30% erotica massage 25% lonely men who just want a friend or there abouts.
$300 × 10 is $3000 minus room service, drinks (a bourbon, coke, beer or juice etc), mini toiletries for customers, a new toothbrush, massage oil and tipping the cleaners to bring fresh towels for each booking (they can’t share. Eeeew) plus booking the room and taxi fares if you travel to one. Plus out calls i always would bring my own bottle of wine depending on length of booking is how much you spend. This is so you don’t get spiked.
A 2 hour booking you might charge $525. Encourages them to book longer. Or an 8 hour booking you might charge $1600.
If she provides an unsafe service this is 100% illegal! Some often get “extras” for no condom. Claudias penthouse at Ryde called me in for an interview once. I left horrified after she said you charge $50 no condom blow job and the house keeps $25 and that you have to do it. I told her that was illegal and she flipped out. The nasty woman advertised looking for escorts when she barely had the business for escorts. She just had in calls and the place was rank and the fees were beyond low. Although I was newish to the industry i knew my worth.

My sons girlfriend earns 3k a night stripping. She doesn’t have sex. Customers are allowed to touch her breasts. She gets paid an hourly wage legally. The rest is considered tips.
I visit her workplace often and often pick her up so she is not travelling with so much cash.
If any of the girls are known to sell sex they are dismissed.
Saying this i would think that it would be easy to earn 2k a night selling sex. Men (and women) pay out alot of $ for all these kinds of services. Not safe without a pimp/security. You don’t need a size 6 body to sell it but be realistic.

It depends what state /country she is in. There are different prostitution laws everywhere. You can google prostitution laws for where you are and determine if working outside a brothel is legal or not.
I watched a prostitution documentary. Girls without pimps and not working in a brothel can earn a shitload of money. Especially if they are upmarket. Some girls on the documentary charge $400 an hr. Some do the “girlfriend” experience for $2000 a night.

Qld, i dont know of pimps here but who knows. I mentioned it to hubby and he said its illegal to sell your body (unless you work in the proper legit industry) we do have 2 brothels in our town. Interesting industry- the girlfriend experience sounds strange lol! Just go find a girlfriend!!! Lol

Some men are so scared of rejection they dont want to ask a girl out so they pay someone to pretend to be their girlfriend for the night. I know its strange. I was curious more than anything thats why i watched the documentary. (Have absolutely no interest in being one)

I would imagine the girlfriend experience is the same as an escort. Enjoying the company of a woman and doing stuff that isn’t just sexual for a night or a day or two without all the emotional baggage. But paying for it.

Qld laws require you to work in a licenced establishment or get a licence yourself to work on private property. There would be pimps but it isn’t legal.

Nobody sells ‘their body’. Its a service that is sold.

The service is selling sex from them via their body. So yes they do sell their bodies

By the way she was acting I think she has severely exaggerated her nightly income. Someone who would make that much money would be considered high class escort.
I would take whatever she said with a very very small grain of salt.

Yeah she has a huge ego! I think what annoyed me most about her is the way she dumps her child with anyone she can so she can work. I mean- i know most hookers probably work at night but feel sad for the kid. She openly said she doesnt hook due to hard times- she loves it.. not my cup of tea but each to their own i guess

Just because somebody isn’t in ‘hard times’ doesn’t mean they can afford not to work.
I am financially stable but I still cant afford not to work.

^ I think what she means is she doesn’t do it because she needs fast cash and lots of it, but she chooses to do it over something else because she likes it. Job satisfaction! 😂

Tell her to save her money and buy up real estate like I did.
Launder the money through a small home based business and do not claim centrelink. It’s immoral.
