Ingredients

  • 1.6 kg Roast Pork Loin-.83

  • 1/2 Pumpkin-wpzoom-recipe-card/block-recipe-card.50

  • 220 g Zucchini-wpzoom-recipe-card/block-recipe-card.99

  • 500 g gram Peas-wpzoom-recipe-card/block-recipe-card.60

  • 1 kg Potatoes-/.70

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to a hot 200 degrees.
  • Place the pork loin roast into a baking tray.
  • Place the potatoes around the roast.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes or until the crackling on top starts to bubble.
  • Turn down the heat to 140 degrees.
  • Cook for one hour.  Let the roast rest before serving.
